Description

At 4,095 meters, Mount Kinabalu in Malaysia is definitely an impressive peak. In fact, it is the highest peak in Borneo. And, on this 2-day adventure, we would like to guide you to the summit of this great peak.

Our trip will begin as soon as we pick you up from your hotel lobby. After we’ve picked you up, we will depart on a 2 hour trip to the Mount Kinabalu park. After proper registration, we will then begin the climb at the Timpohon Gate. From there, we will climb for approximately 4 to 5 hours until we reach one of the Laban Rata Huts (3,272m). You will get to enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep in one of the huts after you’ve eaten a tasty dinner.

On the second day of the trip, we will wake up very early, approximately 2:00 am. After that, we will make our way to the summit of Mount Kinabalu. Depending on how fast we climb, you may be able to see the sunrise from the summit, which is definitely a sight to behold. After you’ve enjoyed the summit, we will descend back to the Laban Rata Huts, where you can enjoy some much needed food. After that, we will make our way back down to the Timpohon Gate and then make the trip back to your hotel.

Participants on this trip should be in good physical condition.

To climb a mountain as grandiose as Mount Kinabalu in just 2 days is an opportunity no adventurer visiting Borneo should pass up. To enjoy it for yourself, please send a request.

We also offer a 2-day trip to the top of Mount Kinabalu that also includes walking the Torq Via Ferrata.
