Mount Kinabalu summit & Low’s Peak circuit via ferrata, 2 days, 1 night

Join us on this amazing via ferrata adventure to the summit of Mount Kinabalu and Low’s Peak circuit in Malaysia. For 2 days, you will see amazing mountain scenery and experience the thrill of traversing via ferrata as you climb this spectacular peak.

The highest mountain in Borneo’s Crocker Range, Mount Kinabalu (4,095m) is a peak worth exploring.

We will begin the adventure by picking you up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu at 6.30 AM and transfer you to Kinabalu Park. After registration, we’ll drive on a scenic road to get to the starting point of the climb and begin our trek. A good hike of about 4 hours, takes us to Pendant Hut. Here, you’ll have a mandatory via ferrata familiarization training at 3.30 PM to prepare you well for the next day.

The following day holds a lot of fun. Starting as early as 1. 30 AM, we’ll set out towards the summit. Equipped with nothing more than our torchlight, we’ll climb for about 3 hours to get to the summit to see a spectacular sunrise.

After spending some time here, you’ll begin to descend from Low’s Peak at 6.00 AM and meet your via ferrata trainer at the 7.5 KM mark. And then begins your adventure!

Traversing this intermediate via ferrata for about 4 to 5 hrs you’ll see jaw-dropping scenery which doesn’t show otherwise.

After an exhilarating experience, you’ll descend to Pendant Hut to enjoy a delicious breakfast. And finally return to the gate, ending this amazing trip.

Make sure to collect your certificate before heading back to your hotel. And, of course, you will also take back uncountable wonderful memories from the trip.
