Description

There are few places with names that do justice to their beauty, but the Gran Paradiso mountain (4.061 m) is one of them. Join me on this 2-day trip to climb the Gran Paradiso mountain, and enjoy the breathtaking views it has to offer.

You will be able to reach the Gran Paradiso summit in just two days, as you spend the first night in one of the best known refuges in the area. Either the Vittorio Emmanuele or Federico Chabod refuge will be an excellent option. In both, you will experience the true italian hospitality and get to admire the astounding landscapes around you.

This is the perfect trip if you are looking to retreat and get a dose of nature and adventure but don’t have a lot of time. A 2-day trip might seem too short to take in all the beauty that will surround you. However, walking around such a magnificent place will make every minute feel like an eternity. The Gran Paradiso mountain is a true garden of Eden.

The Gran Paradiso mountain is at the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. It is well known for its exceptional beauty. The park is located in the Graian Alps, between the region of Piedmont and the Aosta Valley.

Our 2-day journey will be an easy but wonderful climb. We will reach an altitude of 4000 meters. Both days will provide an amazing opportunity to enjoy the hypnotizing landscapes and breathe the pure aire this paradise offers.

So if you are looking for a quick escape into paradise, please send me a request. I will be thrilled to take you to the summit of Gran Paradiso and share this piece of Eden with you.

If you are looking for a similar trip, check out this option to ascend Aiguille Marbrée.

Mountain Guide

Born in Aosta in 1970, I am an aspirant mountain guide and a passionate climber. For me, the lightning strike came in while climbing Punta Tzan with some friends: from that day on, my whole life has been the mountains and practicing mountain sports and activities.
Among my most significant ascents are: Mattehorn, Mont Blanc du Tacul, Aiguille Verte, Monviso and Mont Maudit, among others. I will be happy to guide you around my home region!

Everything was perfect. We had to bring forward the trip due to weather conditions and Remy was very flexible. He made us feel comfortable along the climb and everything went very easily although it was only our second 4000 ascension. He's a very nice and pleasant person. I highly recommend him!

Remy was a superb guide, would really recommend him! Warm and friendly personality. Very professional and knowledgeable, made us (beginners) feel comfortable during the trip. We had a lot of questions beforehand, all communication was clear, fast responses and Remy was always available by mail or phone. Also fast response by Explore-Share. The Gran Paradiso was amazing, especially the views, climb tough but very doable. Next time I would go skiing down instead of hiking.
