    During the course, you’ll learn basic rock climbing techniques, like up-climbing / down-climbing, climbing on easy slab, choosing the best routes, using climbing shoes and moving efficiently on the rocks.

    Besides, you’ll receive training on techniques for safe climbing on single-pitch climbs.

    Clothing and gear:

    -Beanie, cap and/or scarf, a pair of sunglasses, sunscreen and sun stick for the lips.

    -A pair of light rubber coated gloves.

    -A T-shirt, a lightweight fleece gilet and a lightweight softshell jacket.

    -Technical outdoor pants or gym pants.

    -Light hiking boots

    -To carry in a 25/30 liter backpack: water bottle or a 1 liter bottle of water, blister plasters, ID, money for personal expenses, camera, food supplies for the outing.

    -Technical equipment: helmet, harness, belay/abseil device, climbing shoes. Equipment can be rented.
