Description

Climbing Mont Aiguille (2087 m) during this 1-day trip will bring you to the birthplace of mountaineering. Indeed, Vercors, in the French Alps, is a must destination if you are a mountaineering enthusiast.

Join me for a fun ascent, not technically difficult if you have some experience.

During this itinerary we will take the normal route to reach the top. The climb is rather easy, very enjoyable and with beautiful views. On the way up we go through the Aupet pass, while the descent is by the South balcony, and includes abseiling.

After the adventure, it’s nice to sit down and relax, maybe remember the best parts of the day. We can do so at a place I love, the Gai Soleil, with a drink and a bite. I recommend their pie!

Did you find this program interesting? Then please contact me for more information! And note that it’s also possible to ascend by a climbing route, e.g. the Gémeaux way. We can discuss the program that you prefer.

Mountain Guide

I'm 38 years old. I was born in the mountains and I have been doing outdoor activities since I was very young. My job as a guide is my passion and I like to transmit it to the ones who come with me in the mountains. The diversity of the activities and the joy they provide allow us to travel and get out of our daily life. Start early in the mountains with a head lamp, being filled with wonder while watching the sun rising, reaching a summit while remaining safe...that's what I call adventure ;)
Going in the mountains it's also about recalling the stories of the day or the meetings we made in the mountain huts or sharing a beer at the end of the day ! Simple but wonderful moments !
I'm looking forward sharing my rope with you...Julien
