Mountain Guide
I have learned to dream simply by observing.
Climbing, travelling, music, people are my greatest passions for sure. .
I love every aspect of mountains my favourite areas are certainly the Argentera massif, Finale and the Val Pennavaire, places where it all started.
Born in 1983, I come a a small inland village in western Liguria, the place where I grew up and where a bit by chance I took my did my first moves, starting to play on a splendid limestone literally in front of my home.
Getting involved in alpine mountaineering with its various activities started slowly bit by bit, first rock climbing, then mountaineering, followed by ice climbing and then ski mountaineering.
Felling that I constantly wanted to spend more time in the mountains I decided to start the training to become an alpine guide.
These days I am a full time alpine guide, dedicating the winter and spring months to freeride and ski mountaineering from the Alps to Northern Europe. I dedicate the rest of the year to the fantastic opportunities Liguria has to offer (particularly the area around Finale).

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
