Description

Are you looking for a fun outdoor family adventure? Would you like to try your hand at via ferrata? Then look no more! Ra Pegna Ferrata in the Italian Dolomites is the perfect spot for both. Follow us for this amazing half-day adventure.

The via ferrata route at Ra Pegna is easily accessible from the Dibona refuge road. We’ll take the chairlift from Piè Tofana up to the Duca d ‘Aosta refuge and follow the via ferrata signs, on the left side of the Schuss di Tofana.

The climb takes place on the east side of the mountain and the nail route follows the natural fractures in the rocks. This short and easy climb will take us to the 2,240-meter summit. The descent is simple and will take us through a metal staircase or the trail of the chamois to Piè Tofana.

This is an easy trip, planned especially for beginners that want to climb rocks and ledges with the typical ferrata equipment. Although this excursion must be tackled with caution, kids are also welcome. Additionally, if the weather is not appropriate for the activity, we may try the Astaldi path instead.

Send your request and enjoy this exhilarating via ferrata in the Dolomites. Join a group or book your private trip, we’ll take care of all the details!

The trip itself and Refaelo the guide was great and they even gave a refund for my daughter who didn't participate at last due to sickness. But All the corresponding before the trip was bad. No details were given about the ferrata and not even about the meeting point and time. It took a lot of time to get answers for my questions and sometimes didn't get any.
