Description

Truly one of the grandest treks in the Everest region, this short Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek is everything you need to pump up your adventurous spirit! For 14 days, we’ll walk through the majestic Himalayas, surrounded by soaring peaks in the footsteps of Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzin Norgay, so come join us!

The trail will take you through several beautiful Sherpas villages, showing you a close glimpse of the lifestyle and culture of native people. You’ll be accompanied by impressive views of Khumbu and the Everest region throughout and also get to explore the amazing plant and animal life of the region.

We’ll begin and end the journey in the capital city of Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll spend a day exploring all the heritage sites of the Kathmandu valley and thereafter, get on a stunning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, which will take you over some spectacular peaks.

The trail will further lead to the beautiful Namche Bazaar and from there to Tengboche, which is famous for its ancient monastery. As you’ll proceed further, you’ll have stunning views of many iconic peaks including Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and many more. Passing through many mountain villages including the Khumjung village, you’ll be introduced to the lifestyle of the Sherpas.

Another highlight of the trek is the hike to Katapatthar (5,550 m) to see unobstructed vistas of the Everest.

The trek is ideal for those who wish to experience the complete awe of the Himalayas in a short frame of time. And, it is also relatively easy compared to other treks in the region which makes it simply unmissable! All you would need is a fit body and a lot of enthusiasm to get onboard.
