Join me for this beautiful 3-day ski touring traverse in the Tatras Mountains. We will follow the Tatranska Haute Route and discover the hidden spots of this beautiful region.
The High Tatras is part of the Carpathian Mountains. We will be near the border between Slovakia and Poland. The ski touring terrain is extremely varied, making for rewarding ascents and long descents. Besides, as you travel these slopes you will enjoy the amazing landscapes that this region offers.
This program is ideal for skiers who wish to get the basics in ski touring and learn the safety techniques. It’s also a good preparation for future long ski touring traverses in the Alps.
We will ski around 30km, do 3000 meters of vertical gain and the same distance skiing down. You can find details about the program below.
Please get in touch with me if you wish to know more about it and leave with me within the awesome range of the Tatras. It will be my great pleasure to guide you there and let you discover a region which I know so well! If you are looking for a longer adventure in the Tatras, check out this 10-day backcountry ski tour!

Mountain Guide
IFMGA / UIAGM Mountain guide
I was born in 1969 in Ostrava. When I was a child, my parents and I spent most of our free time and weekends in our cottage in Beskydy in the countryside. I started skiing when I was very young, we went to Moravian and Slovak ski resorts. In 2010 I successfully passed my IFMGA exams and I became an official mountain guide. I’m also a photographer and a graphic designer. I’m guiding my friends and clients mainly in the Tatras Mountains. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discover this beautiful region, during the summer or the winter. We can go hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing...together.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
