Description

Taghia is an ideal destination in Morocco for those adventurous climbers looking for new and exciting climbing walls. It is a major and unforgettable spot…

At this time, I proposed you an exciting 5-day rock climbing program in this beautiful town lost in the heart of the Atlas, Taghia.

Taghia is a paradise located at 2000 meters of altitude and surrounded by huge limestone big walls over the 800 meters high. Further, it is a popular destination for the well known and professional rock climbers. It is a quite remote location that can be only accessed by hiking and with mules, which make it a more attractive climb spot.

Here are some of the highlights of this amazing climb in Morocco:

  • It’s a fantastic rock climbing spot, with some technical difficulties;

  • It’s also the opportunity to discover such a beautiful place: Taghia

  • The program also includes a comfortable accommodation in huts.

  • At least,  you will be guide by an IFMGA certified mountain guide.

The itinerary can always be changed depending on your desires, level and of course the weather conditions. I proposed below an example of a climbing program in Taghia, Morocco.

Day 1: Flight from Paris, France to Marrakech. Then transfer from the airport to Marrakech city. This day will be dedicated to discover the beautiful Marrakech city. Dinner and night there.

Day 2: Breakfast in the hotel. Then, visit to the city. Afterwards transfer to Zouiat Ahanesal. Dinner and night at the hotel.

Day 3: After breakfast, walk to Taghia: will be our base camp. Dinner and night at the refuge.

Day 4-7: Rock climbing training days. Dinners and nights at the refuge.

Day 8: Descent on foot to Zouiat Ahanesal, after breakfast. Then, transfer to Marrakech where we have dinner and spend the night at a hotel.

Day 9: Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Departure from Marrakech to Paris, France.

Are you interested in being part of this amazing climb adventure? Don’t hesitate in getting in touch with me… We will have time to discuss about it and adapted a program that meet your expectations. It will be my great pleasure to be your guide!
