Description

Toubkal is Morocco’s highest mountain. Located in the stunning Atlas Mountains, the trail to the top offers views of green valleys, brown mountain walls, charming villages, and snow-covered valleys. Follow me on this 5-day adventure where we’ll explore the best of this country.

For this adventure, we’ll meet at Algeciras Port, Spain and cross the Strait by ferry up to the Tanger Med Port. Then, we’ll travel to Imlil/Aremd, where we’ll spend the night. On the second day, we’ll hike up to the Toubkal Refuge. We’ll arrive in time for lunch and we’ll use the afternoon to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. On day 3, we’ll hike to the top of the mountain, at 4,167 meters above sea level, and go back to the Refuge for the night. On day 4, we’ll hike down to Imlil and transfer to Marrakech, where we’ll be able to spend the afternoon touring around the markets and landmarks. Then, the last day, we’ll take the ferry back to Algeciras.

So, are you ready to ascend this spectacular mountain? Then book your trip now and I’ll make sure you enjoy a wonderful time.

I also offer hiking trips in Spain. Check out the ones I propose to the summit of Veleta in the Sierra Nevada and Vereda a la Estrella.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
