Trekking the “Sendero de Chile” to Lago Paraiso, near Osorno (2 days)

I invite you to discover the spectacular pristine nature of southern Chile, with a 2-day trek to the stunning Lago Paraiso, located south of the Puyehue National Park, in the Chilean Patagonia. Peyehue is the most visited national park in the country.

This beautiful lake is situated 100 km from the city of Osorno and it is part of the Sendero de Chile trail.  Osorno is the capital of Osorno province, in the Los Lagos Region. We will enjoy a great hike, at a calm pace, discovering the intense greenery and exuberance of the Valdivian Forest.

The path takes us through trails with crystal clear streams, humid forests, and depending on the time of the year, we could also see some snow. At the end of the trail we will be rewarded with the spectacular view of the Lago Paraiso, on an idyllic setting.

Our adventure will take us two days. We will set out on the first day at around 9:00am and we will be back on the following day at about 08:00pm.
