This canyoning program in Val Bodengo will take you swimming and jumping through one of the most famous canyons in Europe!

Located in the North of Italy, this canyon is famous for its emerald green pools, beautiful waterfalls and its 20-25 meter shuttle slide. During this one day trip, we’ll exploring this incredible and wild natural scenario while doing something as fun and exciting as canyoning.

Val Bodengo offers an incredible setting for canyoning experts. Our journey will include 32 to 60 meters of rapid falls and throughout the descends of these thrilling slides, participants will be constantly admiring this natural beauty of the Italian Alps. This trip will last between 7 or 8 hours, but it’s possible to complete a shorter route in case participants wish to do so. Please bear in mind that all participants must have good previous experience and that I’ll lead this tour for a minimum of 3 people per group.

Gear and technical equipment (possible for rent) :

-swimming costume to wear under the wetsuit -spare t-shirt -a towel -For longer routes bring a small snack we can carry in waterproof tins. -If you have one bring along a waterproof camera or Go Pro. It’s possible to rent a GoPro but please bring your own micro SD card.

I have worked as an IFMGA mountain guide for over 10 years and specialise in a wide range of mountain disciplines. My passion for life is sharing mountain adventures with others, and I’m also an active member of the local mountain rescue team.

Before becoming a mountain guide, I worked as nurse for 10 years at Milan ICU.
