Description
For such a small island, Corsica is remarkably plentiful when it comes to great climbing spots. And on this mountaineering adventure, I would like to take you climbing on the Lombarducciu (2,261m), which is located in the Vallee de la Restonica in the municipality of Corte.
Like most mountains, there are several different ways to reach the summit of the Lombarducciu. And on this trip, you will get to choose from 3 different options. Each one will provide you with a unique experience, as well as a unique set of views. And based on different factors, from weather and snow conditions, to your skill level and desires, we will jointly find the best option for you.
The Jumos option consists of 220 meters. It is TD mixed grade and requires 1.5 to 2.5 hours of walking, depending on snowfall. For the right corridor option, you are looking at 280 meters. It is a TD + mixed grade and requires 1.5 to 2.5 hours of walking, depending on snowfall. Finally, for the left turn option, you are also looking at 280 meters with a TD grade and a 1.5 to 2.5 hour walk, depending on snowfall.
Each one of the options will provide you with exciting climbs. And I can assure you that you will be properly and safely guided every step of the way. Furthermore, when it comes to wonderful views in Corsica, and particularly of the Vallee de la Restonica, you can’t do much better than the summit of the Lombarducciu.

The prices vary depending on the route taken. For example, 380 Euros is the price for the Jumos, while the price for the right corridor of the Lombarducciu is between 410 to 470 Euros for a group of 4, and the price of the left turn is between 390 to 450 Euros for a group of 4.

My 1 day of glorious granite sport multi pitching with Cedric! The only route (??) to start from the sea was a great adventure with some exposed pitched of enjoyable climbing. Cedric was great: full of energy and enthusiasm and really motivating. Obviously extremely professional and handing out advice both with climbing technique and rope / safety.

IMPORTANT COMMENT: the trip couldn't be made due to the weather. But both Cedric as the backoffice team has been extremely helpful in finding an alternative and solution. Finally we didn't go because of illness of 2 of the group. But definitely I will look for another trip next year.

I had a fantastic time climbing in col Bavella area. Cedric is an amazing guide, extremely professional, attentive, patient and very easy to work with. He is a natural instructor/teacher. I highly recommend Cedric as climbing guide. Col Bavella is a faboulouse place with multitude of climbing routes of all kinds and grades. The granite rock is very good, firm, with good traction. The views are really stunning.
