Description

Located on Torre Exner, in the Sella Group, the Tridentina is one of the best and most popular via ferratas in the Dolomites.  The route offers spectacular views over the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes and the impressive Sella walls.

We start near Passo Gardena and we will climb up the via ferrata Tridentina to Pisciadu Hut. From there we will walk down on the Val Setus to the park.

The Via Ferrata Tridentina involves a quite challenging and exposed climb. The highlight of the itinerary is a hair-rising suspended bridge, crossing a deep, narrow gorge. Bear in mind you need a good fitness level to join this via ferrata, but most important, no fear of heights!

The bridge connects the tower to a small plateau where the via ferrata finishes. Before we start the descent, we will enjoy a break in the Pisciadu Hut, with a beautiful view over the stunning crystal clear Pisciadu Lake.

If you want to join me on this amazing via ferrata, just contact me and book your place! I also offer other climbing tours in Italy. Check them out!
