Val di Fassa is a gorgeous valley in the Dolomites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009. On this outing, you will explore the area with an expert local guide and discover some of its amazing via ferrata routes. Join me!

Located in Trentino, northern Italy, Val di Fassa is a true paradise for all kind of outdoor enthusiasts. Among its major attractions are its hundreds of via ferrata points, originally built by the Italian and the Austrian-Hungarian armies who sought a way to make the mountains accessible.

Rebuilt after World War II, the routes, which are equipped with metallic ropes, ladders and suspension bridges, allow you to reach the top of the impressive walls safely. On this day trip we will find the right route for you, depending on your climbing skills and your wishes.

From children to expert climbers, almost anyone in a good physical condition can climb a via ferrata. As we go up these huge walls we will all enjoy some breathtaking views of the entire valley!

So, if you are up for this via ferrata trip in the Dolomites, please contact me. I’ll be glad to show you the best secrets of Val di Fassa!

And if you are an advanced rock climber, I recommend you check out my half-day trip in Cadini di Misurina.

What People are Saying

Our dolomites experience was amazing! Mauro was really nice and patient with me and my wife. We changed our itinerary on the last day of dolomites as the via ferrata on piz boe would have been too difficult, instead we did a smaller one on Mauro\'s suggestion.
