Yoga is the perfect complement to rock climbing, on both a mental and physical level. For starters, it improves concentration and self-awareness, but also, teaches you to work with your breathing patterns as well as making your joints more flexible and developing your endurance and balance. This enhances movement and progression when on the rocks.
We offer several options to join this program. If you just want a taste, then you can choose to join us for a 1-day yoga and climbing experience. It involves a day out on the crags in the gorgeous Dolomites. Additionally, we also offer 2-day and 3-day weekend immersions if you are interested in a more intensive yoga and rock climbing program.
All options include a guided yoga and meditation session focused on stretching and toning the muscles we use while climbing. And, once we are aligned and in tune, we will enjoy some amazing rock climbing in the Dolomites (single pitch and bouldering).
Who can join this program? Anyone. That includes kids, adults, beginners, and advanced climbers. Check out your options with us and we will find the most suitable itinerary for you!

Mountain Guide
Hi! I'm Renato, IFMGA guide from the Dolomites, and I work together with my colleagues Robert, Bruno, Patrick, Benedetta & Walter (German speaking). If I'm not available to guide you, one of them will take care of you.
I was born in 1961, I live in Campitello di Fassa, in the Dolomites, together with my family. I have two sons, one is a mountain guide, the other is a ski instructor. I am a certified mountain guide since 1982, an instructor of guides, alpine ski instructor and a Federal coach for ISEF.
Being in the mountains has always been my passion, guiding people, teaching them climbing, mountaineering... during the various seasons of the year. I very much enjoy drawing nice curves in fresh powder snow and discover the charm of the frozen waterfalls.
My curriculum and professional mountaineering is made of many ascents and some openings of routes in the Dolomites and the Alps. I climbed in Yosemite Valley (California), Ben Nevis (Scotland) and Norway, Greece, Spain and Sardinia. I did also several high altitude climbs like Mt Denali (Alaska), Ama Dablam (6828m), Cho Oyu (8201m), Manaslu (8163m), Shivling in India (6545m), Cotopaxi and Chimborazo in Ecuador (5897m and 6310m), Patagonia (Argentina).
Feel free to get in touch with me if you are coming in the Dolomites for skiing (alpine, freeride and ski touring), rock climbing, sport climbing and multi pitch climbing. It will be my pleasure to guide you here and let you discover my secret spots.

Renato was not available but he recommended another guide, Robert. I was jetlagged and had barely eaten in 24 hours. It was short notice on my part and I wasn't fully prepared when I showed up. Despite all of this, he was so patient and we made it through the tour. The views were amazing and he took pictures and video during.

Great intro to via ferrata. Our guide was Roberto and he was great. He was at the meeting point waiting for us and was very thorough in checking our equipment before we got onto the climb. He gave us tips along the way as to what to look out for, how to find footholds, etc. He took photos with his phone along the way, and forwarded them to us afterwards, so that we weren't fumbling for them ourselves. Very professional and recommendable.

Our excursion landed on a rainy day and Etienne was great at suggesting alternative options in light of the weather. We ended up having a lot of fun despite the rain and having lunch with locals is a great travelling experience in itself! Thanks to Etienne and Fernando for a great day!
