The guide Jakub was the best!  He is an excellent guide and a great person, always with a smile on his
face, even when I was slow … He told me about the local nature and history. Very smart guide and good person, I felt very safe with him.
Great trek with a highly qualified and friendly guide. The hike was quite challenging and would have taken us
longer to reach the summit then anticipated but despite not making it to the top we had a fabulous experience with great scenery and views. Would recommend booking with Peter, a real pro.
Absolutely amazing experiance with very friendly and knowledgeable guide.

thanks my trip was great – Helena is a great guide and we had a lot of fun together, she
told me a lot about the culture and nature of Zakopane 🙂 thanks for organizing everything for me. Best, Lisa
Helena was an awesome guide, making every effort to make sure it was a good experience! She rented all the
equipment and even picked me up from my hostel! She has a lot of experience with mountain sports, as well as great knowledge of the area. While we were driving to the Tatras, she gave a short driving tour of Zakopane, explaining some of the architecture and history. We snowshoed for about 4 hours on a BEAUTIFUL day. She really enriched the experience with her knowledge of the ecology!
My trip with Zosia was a total disappointment. To start, she has never splitboarded herself. She is
a touring skier. She was not nice in her communication when I was still back home. She sent me a phone number of the splitboard rental in Poland and I had to call myself to Poland to make rerservations. All the communication was in short and unfriendly messages like ”call him” and ”I am busy”. She wrote me that I would have to pay extra for the spiltboard rent and an avalanche set. Once in Zakopane I found out I also had to rent seperately snowboard boots. And for the bus to the ski station, and for the entrance of the national park. Furthermore she took me on the main ski station of Zakopane. We went up for about 4 hours, on a pretty busy route with other touring skiers. I was really surprised to find out that the way down was no more than 30% off piste, the rest of the route was on a regular slope. And such a flat slope that with my snowboard I had to walk several times and use the poles to advance. And then when we got back to Zakopane it got really nasty. She wanted more money because I brought a friend along, and her price is E200,- if she takes more than one person on her tour (I paid her E150,-through explore share for a private tour). But she sent me a whatsapp in the morning of our trip to ask me if I was ok if she brings two other clients along, and my friend could come along without any extra cost. I agreed, but when she showed up she was alone. At the end of the day she insisted that I paid more because I brought my friend. Even though I made perfectly clear that I would not bring my friend along if it ment I had to pay more. I refused to pay her more and she got so angry that she blocked me the way at the door at the splitboard rental place. She insulted me saying I was poor girl and that I was crazy in my head and not a nice person. So I would not recommend this certified mountain guide, who is in my opinion poor in (english) communication and social skills.

Zosia is probably the best guide you can find for ski touring in the Tatras Mountains. She made this tour such
an amazing and unforgettable experience. Something unique to experience at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommended!
Helena was previously booked so I was guided by Beata. Beata was highly accommodating, passionate about her mountains, architecture
and people, and went above and beyond what I had paid for! She was particularly careful to keep me safe at all times as the mountain top was icy and slippery – but there was no problem. Beata was so kind in showing me around Zakopane as well and introducing me to friends and family – even asked me join her friends on a day trip out of Zakopane to see some other beautiful areas around the area. Beata was at all times curious as to what it was I loved to do and see. Truly an amazing and unforgettable experience! Beata was wonderful! Thank you for the experience, challenges and memories.
I am not a strong mountain hiker, and need many small breakes during ascending. Peter was very patient and controlling
the pace very well. We were relatively lucky with the comfortable weather, and saw both wild life and beautiful High Tatras and Rysy Summit. Peter is very experienced guide and mountain rescuer, he cares these mountains dearly. You will be in good hands hiking with him. I had a wonderful day and would do it again!
Good Communication, very knowledgeable about the hike and the surrounding areas history! Mt Giewont was breathtaking mid October. Perfect weather!
Would highly recommend the Guide and the Hike : )
