**Patagonia is one of the top spots in Argentina for winter sports**. The town of Cholila in Chubut is located at the foothills of the Andes, and is the perfect location to access remote areas of the mountains by helicopter. **On this 5-day heliski week in Patagonia we will give you the chance to ski or snowboard down some of the most pristine unmarked slopes in the region**!

We will begin by picking you up at either the Esquel or the Bariloche airport. Keep in mind that the drive from Esquel is 90 minutes long while the drive from Bariloche takes around 3 hours. Also, we offer a heliski option to and from the airport that you can check with us about. Once we arrive at our luxury mountain lodge with stunning views of the Andes, we will have a meet and greet with the rest of the people in the lodge. After a trip briefing we will have a wonderful Argentine gourmet dinner together. You will also have the possibility to unwind at our sauna, and spa room. Then, the following morning we will set off on our adventure. **Every day we will explore a different area of the Andes including peaks and glaciers,** which will give us plenty of skiing and snowboarding opportunities!

Because we will be out on the mountain all day it is important that you have a good fitness level. Also, prior experience is preferable. Keep in mind as well that **our itinerary will be flexible to adapt to conditions and your needs and preferences**. **Our charter heliski tours in north Patagonia are ideal to discover remote skiing spots in the Andes.** They give you access to unexplored territory, and freedom to create your own itinerary. Additionally, you get the best certified guides to help you with whatever you need.

**We are located in Cholila, in Patagonia, Argentina**. This is a remote town at the foothills of the Andes at just a 1.5 hour drive from the Esquel airport, or a 3 hour drive from Bariloche. It is the perfect place to kickstart your charter heliski tour as it has great access to the mountains. Once you get to the resort, we will have a meet and greet plus safety briefing and aircraft orientation. Then, we will set off for a fun heliskiing day that includes a gourmet lunch at the base. **This program is designed so that you have the freedom to choose where to go and how long you want to the tour to last**. Additionally, you can book a place in our  luxurious mountain resort if you want to stay for a few days.

In terms of level, because this is a custom tour, it is relatively flexible. However, you will have to have some previous experience. Also, keep in mind that these are the Andes and that we will be skiing in remote locations. Therefore, a good fitness level is a must. Of course, we will be happy to help and guide you.

The lovely town of Cholila in the Patagonia province of Chubut is located at the foot of the Andes, a beautiful region to practice winter sports in the cold months.  **As a ski or snowboard enthusiast you will love exploring some of its most** **remote spots on one of our private heliski trips**! You might even be the first person ever to ski down some of the slopes we discover!

**Awe inspiring peaks and glaciers, perfect powder runs, and pristine mountain wilderness** **will fill our days as we go deeper and deeper into the amazing and remote landscapes of the Andes.** Having helicopter access will give us the chance to truly explore the area. **We have two helicopters and we will launch every morning straight from our base** at the lodge we will stay in. Every day after breakfast we will have a trip briefing and safety check before setting off into the mountains. Then, we will spend the morning skiing until we stop for lunch on the field and finally continue on skiing until we return to the lodge in the evening.

In order to kick start your adventure you will first need to get to Cholila. All you will need to do is fly in to Esquel or Bariloche, and we will take it from there. **The beautiful Carrileufu Lodge has spectacular views of the Andes and also a wine cellar, sauna and spa room**, so you will be very comfortable during your stay. We will also take care of providing you with delicious, gourmet, nutrient dense meals. This is important because after a long day out in the snow, a hearty dinner and a warm and cozy environment to relax in will ensure that you wake up refreshed for another round of adventure the following day!

Because we will be skiing every day all day, a good fitness level is a must. Prior skiing experience is also preferable. Our itinerary will vary according to your preferences and also to weather and snow conditions. Of course, **we will at all times be available to guide and help you.**
