Kathmandu arrival

Your guide will pick you up from the hotel after breakfast this morning. Begin your day with a brief orientation session at our office to prepare for the Mardi Himal trek. Following this, you can go on a heritage tour of the Kathmandu Valley, where you'll explore renowned world heritage sites and experience the valley's rich cultural allure. Among the highlights are:

* Swayambhunath Temple: Famously known as the ‘Monkey Temple,’ this ancient site offers panoramic views of the Nepalese capital from its hilltop perch.
* Durbar Squares: The historic squares of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur (Patan) encapsulate the valley's profound history, art, and architecture, serving as Nepal’s cultural gems.
* Pashupatinath Temple: Among Asia's most significant Hindu temples, boasting a complex featuring over 500 shrines, Lingams, and temples.
* Boudhanath Stupa: One of the world's largest stupas and a central hub for Tibetan Buddhism in the Kathmandu valley, providing a serene ambiance to immerse oneself in Buddhist culture.

Kathmandu Valley Tour

Following breakfast, your guide will escort you to the bus station near Thamel. Set off on a drive from Kathmandu to the captivating city of Pokhara via the highway. Take a break for lunch or coffee halfway through.&#x20;

Once in Pokhara, proceed directly to your hotel and unwind for the remainder of the day. You can take leisurely strolls around the lakeside area near your hotel in the evening. Spend the night in Pokhara.

Journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Today's trek starts from Phedi, which is approximately a 45-minute drive from the Pokhara valley. Upon arrival in Phedi, we'll walk along a well-maintained trail to Deurali. This route passes through the Dhampus village, adorned with stone-covered paths.&#x20;

After lunch, we'll continue our trek to a small ridge, eventually arriving at the charming village of Deurali after about an hour of hiking. We'll conclude the day's journey at a lodge or teahouse in Deurali, where we'll rest for the night.&#x20;

Phedi to Deurali Trek

Start your day by marveling at the spectacular vistas of Machhapuchhre (commonly known as “fishtail”) and Mardi from Deurali. On clear days, these peaks offer a majestic and unobstructed view.&#x20;

Begin your trek through rhododendron forests and charming villages, culminating in your arrival at the Forest Camp. Locally referred to as Kokkar. Spend the night at the Forest Camp, immersed in the tranquility of the wilderness.

Forest Camp Trek from Deurali to Forest Camp

Today's journey entails a gradual ascent to High Camp.&#x20;

We'll pause briefly at the low camp to enjoy lunch at a teahouse. As we progress towards the high camp, you can expect a significant shift in vegetation and terrain.&#x20;

After approximately three hours of climbing from the low camp, we'll arrive at the High Camp. Spend the night at a lodge or teahouse, surrounded by the enchanting mountain landscape.

High Camp Trek from Forest Camp to High Camp 

Early in the morning, we'll begin our hike to the Mardi Himal base camp to catch the mesmerizing sunrise over the snow-capped peaks. The majestic Himalayas dominating the skyline create a truly magical ambiance.&#x20;

Continuing our trek, we'll ascend gradually towards the highest point of the trail. After a couple of hours of walking, we'll reach the base camp, where we'll be treated to views of Mardi, Fishtail, Tent Peak, Annapurna Massif, Hiunchuli, Baraha Shikhar, and numerous other peaks. Following an unforgettable time at the base camp, we'll trek back to High Camp and spend the night at a teahouse.

Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek

Our journey back to Pokhara starts today, with a route passing through Sidhing village. Traversing through numerous small forests adorned with rhododendron patches, we gradually descend from the camp.&#x20;

Along the way to Sidhing village, we'll find small shrines and monasteries. Sidhing, a prominent village in the region, offers a glimpse into the local village lifestyle. Take the opportunity to rest, relax, and spend the night at a hotel or lodge here.

Sidhing Descent from High Camp to Sidhing

Today, we'll start our downhill journey to Lumre, witnessing the captivating vistas of the far off peaks, terraced fields, and lush green hills along the way.&#x20;

As we reach Lumre, we'll end this brief trek and return to Pokhara via cab. After arriving, take some time to unwind at your hotel before exploring the city.&#x20;

Discover the beauty of the lakeside area, witness a stunning sunset and soak in the serene surroundings. Indulge in the flavors of Thakali cuisine and embrace the lively nightlife of Pokhara. Spend the night at a hotel in Pokhara, making the most of your time in this vibrant city.

Return to Pokhara from Sidhing via Lumre

Before departing for Kathmandu, take the opportunity to explore some local attractions in Pokhara.&#x20;

After breakfast, your guide will escort you to a nearby bus station, where you'll catch a bus back to the capital. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, return to your hotel in Thamel.&#x20;

Spend some leisure time exploring the bustling Thamel market and indulging in souvenir shopping. You're invited to join us for a farewell dinner, where you can share your experiences. Spend the night at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara

We'll arrange for your departure from the hotel and accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Safe travels, we hope to see you again soon!

Upon your arrival at the International Airport, our HSA representative will greet you and arrange for your transfer to the hotel in Thamel.

Kathmandu Arrival

After breakfast in the morning you will be Proceed for Sightseeing place as given below.

Lies about 6 kms to the east of downtown Kathmandu and is the largest stupa in the valley. It looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design. Buddhanath is also known as Khasti, or dew drops, after an account that builders had to use dew to mix the mortar as Kathmandu was suffering from a severe drought during the construction of Bouddhanath.

2.Pasupatinath Temple ,  
Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world and lies 5 kms east of the city center. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred Linga, or phallic symbol, of Lord Shiva. Chronicles indicate the temple’s existence prior to 400 AD. Devotees can be seen taking ritual dips in the holy Bagmati River flowing beside the temple

3.patan Darbar Square ,  
Patan Durbar Square is an enchanting combination of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. The former royal palace complex is the center of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects. One remarkable monument here is a 17th-century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, built entirely of stone

4.Swayambhunath Stupa ,  
The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site) Watches over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. The huge stupa is one of the holiest Buddhists sites in Nepal and its establishment is linked to the creation of the Kathmandu Valley out of a primordial lake. Kathmandu  Valley Sightseeing

After having our morning breakfast, we take a drive to Pokhara which takes around seven hours. You can also take a morning flight to Pokhara as well, which takes just around 30 minutes. Check-in to the guesthouse in Pokhara, have dinner and stay overnight.

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara – 7 Hours

In the morning, we take a short drive (about an hour) to Nayapul, which is going to be the starting point of this trek. From Nayapul, we walk along the Modi Khola and follow the way through Birethanti (1015m), and Hille (1495m) to eventually reach Tikhedhunga (1577m). We stay overnight at a local guesthouse.

Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, then trek to Tikhedhunga (1577m) – 4 Hours

Today, we move on from Tikhedhunga towards the steep climb to Ulleri (2070). You can intersperse into the large Magar settlements at Ulleri. From Ulleri, we ascend more gently through the fine forests of rhododendrons and oaks. After walking for a couple of hours from Banthanti, we eventually reach at Ghorepani where we stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2840m) – 5 Hours

We have to wake up early in the morning today as we’ve to hike up to Poon Hill, probably the best viewpoint in the Annapurna Region. Here at Poon Hill, we catch the panorama of the beautiful peaks including Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Often been touted as the Photographer’s Paradise, don’t miss out to take some of the best snaps of this entire trip from Poon Hill during sunrise. That being said, sunset views from this hill top are equally rewarding the phenomenal. Spend few to at Poon Hill and then return back to Ghorepani. After having breakfast at Ghorepani, we again continue out walk towards Tadapani. Ascending towards Deurali, and descending again, we eventually reach at Tadapani, where we stay overnight at a local guesthouse.

Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tadapani (2610m) – 5 Hours

From Tadapani, we descend through the forests while following the trail to Ghandruk—aka the biggest Gurung Settlement in the country. Take your time to explore the typical culture and lifestyle of ethnic Gurung people and interact with local people. Ghandruk also offers some of the magnificent views of mountains. Stay overnight at a local guesthouse.

Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (1940m) – 5 Hou

As today is going to be the final day for trekking, we slowly follow our trail back to Nayapul from Ghandruk. Once we reach at Nayapul, we can take a short drive back to Pokhara. Check-in to the hotel and stay overnight.

Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul (1010m), then drive to Pokhara – 5 Hours

It’s worth spending one more day at Pokhara, one of the most popular touristic destinations of Nepal. We spend the entire day exploring the major attractions of the city. Early in the morning, drive up to Sarangkot to catch the beautiful sunrise views. After spending little time at Sarangkot, return back to Pokhara and visit Bindhawasini Temple, Bat Cave, Mahendra Cave, Davis’ Falls. And have fantastic time boating at Phewa Lake as well. If time allows, you can go for shopping in Pokhara. Stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Full-day Sightseeing of Kathmandu Vally .after breakfast in the morning you will be Proceed on to Boudhanath Stupa ,Pasupatinath Temple , patan Darbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. Swayambhunath is a Buddhist Stupa said to be more than 2000 years old, is perched on a hillock 77 meters above the valley floor and offering a bird’s eye view of the Kathmandu City. Afternoon, tour of Patan, also known as Lalitpur or the “city of beauty” is the oldest city in the valley. A great center both of the Newari Buddhist religion and of traditional arts & crafts with 136 bahals or courtyards and 55 major temples. Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu

Kathmandu  Vally Sightseeing

We take an early morning flight to Lukla and meet our rest of the crew members in Lukla and start our trek. The trail then leads to Phakding via Cheplung village from where we get a magnificent view of Mt. Khumbila, a sacred mountain which has never been summited.Overnight at Phakding

 Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding(2,651m/8,700ft): 40 minutes flight, 3 – 4 hours trek

We continue our walk on the trail that goes north up the Benkar valley. We cross Dudh Koshi River and pass Chumoa and Monjo villages leading the entrance to the Everest National Park. Then we pass Jorsale village crossing a suspension bridge and walk alongside of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. We continue our trek ascending on a steep trail and reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Phakding – Namche  (3,438m/11,280 ft): 5  hours

We explore Namche Bazaar and hike-up to Sagarmatha National Park and enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. If we are interested in a day hike, we can trek to Khumjung village.Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Acclimatization Day – Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,284ft)

The trek until Phunki is an easy walk. From here we ascend towards Tengboche village exploring famous Tengboche monastery which is the biggest monastery of the Everest region. It is located within the Sagarmatha National Park which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The monastery is blessed with panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. The Tengboche Monastery opens at 3:00pm, so if we reach there by 3 o’clock we can observe a Buddhist religious ceremony.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft): 5- 6 hours

We walk downhill to Debuche and cross the Imja River to reach Pangboche.The trek continues passing throug the upper Pangboche trail and exploring the Pangboche Monastery. We continue our walk to Dingboche via Imja Valley and Lobuche River.Ovenight at Dingboche.

We walk downhill to Debuche and cross the Imja River to reach Pangboche.The trek continues passing  throug  the upper Pangboche trail and  exploring the  Pangboche Monastery. We continue our walk  to Dingboche via  Imja Valley and Lobuche River.Ovenight at Dingboche. Included meals:Breakfast/Lunch /Dinner

Spending a day in Dingboche will help us to acclimate to the high altitude.We can spend time hiking to hill about four hours behind Dingboche to view world’s tallest peaks including Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu.Overnight at Dingboche.

Dingboche: Acclimatization

The trek continues walking around 7 hours (9 km)along the Himalayan trail heading towards the famous base camp of the world’s tallest peak exploring the breath taking magnificent view of the mountains. The trail then continues via Dughla pass to mountain village of Lobuche for the overnight stay.

Dingboche – Lobuche 4,900 m

Today we continue our trek to Everest Base camp walking long day nearly 12 hours (17 km) to Gorakshep.After reaching Gorak shep,check in at lodge,have lunch and walk to the Base Camp to enjoy amazing views of Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori mountains .Then we walk back to Gorakshep from the base camp for overnight stay.

Lobuche – Gorak Shep 5160 m – Everest Base Camp 5365 m  

After early breakfast,we walk upto the highest point of the trek, Kalapatthar for a magnificent view point of the world’s tallest Everest and several other mountains like Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse mountains. It takes about Three hours to reach the top. After spending some time at the summit of Kala Patthar, we walk back to Gorak Shep for lunch which is relatively easier than hiking up to Kala Pathhar.After lunch,we hike down to Pheriche to spend the night.

Gorakshep – Kala Pathar 5555 meters – Pheriche 4200 m

Leaving the mountains behind us, our descent takes us through Pangboche and Tengboche before continuing to the town of Namche Bazaar. We arrive back to Namche in the afternoon. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441 m) – 7 hours

This is our last day of trekking as we return to Lukla where the trek began. We enjoy this time to reflect on the trek as a group and the personal achievement of all those who took part. The afternoon is free, so you can wander about, relax and enjoy a hot shower! In the evening, have a few celebratory drinks and dance with your trekmates.Overnight at a guesthouse.

Trek to Lukla (2,804 m) – 6 hours

We catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. Upon arrival in Kathmandu you will be transferred to your hotel. We take you for a cultural dinner in the evening.Overnight in Kathmandu.

Lukla – Kathmandu (1400 m)

Our Driver will transfer you to the International Airport for your onwards Destination .Included meals : Breakfast
