This **Tour du Mont Blanc is one of the most beautiful itineraries in the Alps**. In fact, it's a journey around the mythical Mont Blanc, moving from hut to hut.

During this tour, you will get the chance to contemplate summits, needles and glaciers in an incredibly high mountain environment. It's the perfect place to get away from your hectic daily life, with unbeatable views. Besides, you will reconnect with nature and the mountain.

**Prepare your backpack and meet me for this beautiful hike traversing three countries!**

Leaving from Les Houches, in France, we will see the beautiful Miage glaciers and cross the Bonhomme pass and Seigne pass. Then we will cross to Italy on day 4, where we sleep at the Bonatti refuge. The third country is, of course, Switzerland, where we spend two nights. Finally, we return to the French side and our trip ends in Argentière. For more details, please check the itinerary below.

We meet at the cable car of Bellevue (Les Houches) at 9AM. Ascent by cable car to the Miage or Truc refuge.

We leave the environment of the Miage glaciers going back down to Contamines-Monjoie. We go through the balcons above the village, on a roman path. We reach the refuge.

Today we go to Courmayeur. Then we go the the forest that reaches the Mont Blanc balcons. We finally get to the Bonatti refuge.

Today we’ll go to the small Ferret pass (if conditions allow). Then we will reach the Fouly hamlet, in Switzerland. Transfer to Champex for the night.

We go up the beautiful valley that ends at the Arpette fenêtre. From there we get wonderful views of the glaciers to the Trient village.

The **Vercors Regional Natural Park** is a wild and preserved space situated on a limestone plateau. You will be immersed in the heart of a massif for a few days, in a simple but pleasant refuge.

This will be a star-shaped tour, so you will fully enjoy the mountain environment. And being a professional mountain **photographer**, I can guide you to take great pictures to take home with you. We will follow the program below:

**Day 1: Arrival at the refuge**  
Arriving to Chichilianne we will take our belongings and divide the food to be carried up to the refuge. We will get settled there and have a short hike around the place.

**Days 2 to 4: Hiking**  
Each day, leaving from the refuge, we will explore the Haut Plateaux, discovering panoramas and the fauna and flora of this particular environment. We will hike until the late afternoon.

**Day 5: Return**  
We will enjoy a last morning hike before descending to Chichilianne. If you wish to, you can also leave in the morning.

#### Why don’t you come with me to this 2-day winter photo and snowshoeing trip in Haute Savoie? A combination of two great and fun activities in the same trip!

This amazing winter trip I am proposing you today is **a fantastic opportunity to explore your artistic side** and, at the same time, discover the secret places of **the Val d’Arly in Haute Savoie**. This valley lies between the massifs of Beaufortain, Aravis and Bauges, on the border of Savoie and Haute Savoie, in **the French Alps**.

During these 2 days, we’ll put our snowshoes on and let the landscape surprise us. On the way, you will find the best spots of the region and capture these moments with your camera. As a professional mountain photographer I will help you to reach **the most outstanding sceneries of Haute Savoie**.

They will be 2 days of pure shots and stunning paths. In addition to that, this trip takes place in **small groups of participants**. In that way, I can give you a more personalized photographic and technical advice and make you take the best from this snowshoe adventure.

Finally, at the bottom of this description you can read a sample itinerary of this **weekend program in Haute Savoie**. Please take into account that I can adapt any item to your wishes, expectations and technical level.

Presentation and briefing about the expectations of the trip. I can give you some lessons of the use of your camera. We leave the starting point by snowshoes and we’ll take the first photos in a natural environment. During the photo session I will teach you how to adjust your camera and take the best pictures without the automatic mode. We can also exchange photos with the other members of the group.  
Then it’s time for a picnic lunch and a break. After that, we will continue in the search of new sites in Haute Savoie.

In the afternoon, we’ll snowshoe to the mountain hut where we’ll spend the night.

FIRST SHOTS IN THE VALLEY

Early in the morning we’ll meet to enjoy the morning lights, taking advantage of the beautiful sunshine in the snow-capped peaks.  
According to your photos of the Day 1, we can look for different landscapes.  
Return to the starting point at around 16 hs and end of the program.

**When people think of the Alps, they imagine mountains, summits and glaciers… but there is also wildlife. Animals live and move in this restrictive environment and must adapt to living in these mountains. Gran Paradiso Natural Park is a fantastic place to observe them. We will spend 2 of the 4-5 days doing so.**

I propose here a hiking and photography journey revolving around wildlife in the Alps. During these days we will try to see alpine fauna including chamois, ibex, marmots and some bird species. Moreover, if we are lucky, we might be able to find other animals.

**Day 1** : Welcome

You will get to your hotel and get settled in the late afternoon.

**Day 2** : Refuge

We leave towards Italy for two days in the Gran Paradiso Park to encounter wildlife. We will go up to the refuge with our backpacks, looking for animals and taking pictures. We spend the night at the refuge.

**Day 3** : Return to France

This new photography day will be in the mountain environment, wherever the presence of animals takes us. We take the direction of the valley before returning to France.

**Day 4** : Ibex

Today in our itinerary we attempt a new approach to the ibex and, why not, meeting the bearded vulture!!!

**Day 5** : Marmot

Familiar and friendly emblem of the mountain, the marmot is a small mammal that only thinks of eating and playing with its fellows. So stay tuned!!!

**Day 6:** Departure

After breakfast, we say goodbye and take home with us pictures of animals… and some landscapes.

**Chamonix valley is well known for its mountains, its mythical summit… Mont-Blanc and its beautiful hikes. The Balcons du Mont-Blanc offer exceptional panoramas over the Mont-Blanc massif. Sunrises behind the range and sunsets creating shimmering colours on the Mont-Blanc.**

The photography themes of these 3 days that we will spend together are the following: **panorama**, **mountain** and **sunset**.

Come to one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the Alps and discover how light evolves throughout the day. The mountains, needles, glaciers, vegetation and fauna render this massif remarkable. You will greatly enjoy capturing beautiful images.

I propose to you the following program:

**Day 0**: I can welcome you in the accommodation of your choice. I can make some suggestions (not included in the price).

**Day 1**: Meeting at Chamonix at 9 AM

Departure; we will go from refuge to refuge. Equipped with our cameras we will hike, and by going higher we will see the summits better and better. We will reach the refuge.

**Day 2**: From refuge to refuge

The morning light allows us to take pictures of the panoramas and to enjoy the mountain environment. This refuge is an invitation to enjoy the sunset.

**Day 3**: Chamonix

Facing Mont-Blanc, we will be able to continue taking pictures in the early morning. We can walk around the refuge and then the hike will reach the valley heading to Chamonix. Group separation.
