Looking for a via ferrata program to enjoy with your family? Do not miss this opportunity and come with us to Monte Procinto, in Tuscany. If you want to try a demanding climb, you’ll find a classic route in this area as well!
Monte Procinto belongs to the Apuan Alps and is located in the Apuan Alps Regional Park, in the Italian region of Tuscany. This mountain offers a via ferrata that has been recently restored. Join me on this program and have the pleasure to explore this area.
Apart from the renewed via ferrata, we can also enjoy rock climbing on a beautiful cliff on top of Forte dei Marmi refuge. Both activities allow children above 8 years to join in. Furthermore, a more challenging option could be the multi-pitch route Via Dolfi-Melucci, a very famous climb in the Apuan Alps. If you love rock climbing, this route is a must! Also, we can take the Via Tropicana route through the eastern side of the mountain. As you can see, there are many options to make the most of the stunning Monte Procinto!
