Description

I invite you to discover Kanin-Sella Nevea**, a freeride paradise** at the Slovenian-Italian border. Join me for 1 or more days for a unique freeride skiing experience on this joint Slovenian-Italian ski resort.

Kanin-Sella Nevea is located in one of the snowiest regions in Europe. Actually, the area has often broken snow records! Large amounts of natural snow and excellent snow conditions offer skiers and snowboarders an amazing experience, allowing the season to expand until the end of April or begining of May.

The resort is located a few kilometers away from the city of Bovec in Slovenia, about an hour away from Ljubljana, the capital of the country. Surrounded by high peaks of the Julian Alps, Bovec is a charming little village.

The terrain here is truly unique! In winter, the rock moon-like dunes become a huge snow park. The exceptional powder allows descents in every direction, on demanding terrain for expert freerider or in a couple of milder slopes for beginners.  Kanin-Sella Nevea is an authentic freeride skiing paradise for riders of all levels.

The typical cold and dry Eastern Alps climate combined with humid Mediterranean winds generate a unique micro-climate, that results on outstanding quality and quantity of consistent powder snow.

Don't hesitate to send me a request if you want to join me on this ski tour in Kanin-Sella Nevea. Book your trip and come discover a freeride skiing paradise in Slovenia! If you are looking for other great ski tours in Slovenia, you could check out my profile page.

Mountain Guide

I am a IFMGA certified mountain guide, ski instructor, and sports teacher.

I believe guides do their best job when they guide in the mountains they are most familiar with. That is one of the biggest reasons why I specialize in guiding in Slovenia. I climb Triglav more than 25 times per year, which means I have climbed the most famous peak in my country around 400 times.

If you want to climb or ski in the Slovenian mountains, I am the right choice. I guide via ferrata, rock climbing, snow climbing, ice climbing, hikes, freeride skiing, and ski touring. Most of my summer work involves climbing Triglav, and most of my winter work involves Triglav and ski touring around it.

Slovenia offers good options for all of these activities, so you are welcome to take a look at my trips and find something for yourself. If you don't find anything, let me know, and I will see if I can help you!

I speak English. Ich spreche auch ein bisschen Deutsch. Parlo anche un po' di Italiano e hablo también un poco de Español.

If I am not available to guide you, one of the super experienced guides in my team will be your guide.
