There is a thrill that comes with rock climbing that can rarely be replicated. There is just something about scaling a rock wall, making your way up higher and higher that gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing. And on this trip, which can last for one, or several days if you’d like, we would like to guide you on a rock-climbing adventure in several wonderful spots near Stowe, in the state of Vermont.

There are a number of beautiful and exciting crags throughout the Green Mountains. And during this trip, we would like to take you to several of the best spots. Those spots include Bolton, Smugglers Notch and Wheeler Mountain. All of these spots offer their own unique experiences and views.

Bolton offers accessible top-rope options that range in difficulty level, from 5.6 to 5.11. There are also trad climbing options including Rose and Thorn. For Smugglers Notch, there are climbing options that range from 5.9 to 5.11d, and like Bolton, there are several great walls to choose from. Finally, on Wheeler Mountain, you can choose from great multi-pitch options that range from 5.7 to 5.10c.

Since there are so many options to choose from, there is a spot and route for every kind of climber, from the less experienced to experts. However, regardless of your skill level, you should be in good physical condition to participate on this trip.
