2-day Mountain biking tour of the Hidalgo countryside “haciendas pulqueras” in Mexico

Less than 100 kilometers northeast of Mexico City, the rugged countryside of Hidalgo is waiting to be explored!

Over the course of two days, we will bike through the varied and incredibly scenic terrain of this part of the Valley of Mexico, learning about the area's rich history and culture as we go.

After meeting up at Hacienda de Venta de Cruz, we will head east to Arcos del Padre Tembleque. On the way, we will get to see many different types old buildings. It will feel like we are cycling through time.

In the afternoon, we will head to Hacienda de San Antonio Tochatlaco, where we will enjoy a guided tour before spending the night in this cozy abode.

The next morning, we will start our day by visiting the lovely Hacienda de Santa María Tecajete and learning a bit more about it before heading to the Casa Grande in Zempoala.

Here, in the regional center, we will enjoy more of central Mexico's astounding natural beauty before returning to Hacienda de Venta de Cruz
