2-day Trad climbing clinic in Lander, Wyoming

Traditional, or trad climbing, as it is more commonly known, is a fantastic outdoor activity. Fun and exciting, it both pushes and excites people who partake in it. And, on this 2-day adventure, you will get to do plenty of trad climbing in beautiful Lander, Wyoming.

Each day of this trip will consist of 8 hours of fantastic trad climbing. We will choose the best spots for you, based on your skill level, weather conditions and your personal preferences.

Along with the fun you will get to have, as well as the stunning views of Lander you will get to enjoy, you will also learn quite a bit about trad climbing during this trip as well. Some of what you will learn includes how to place protection, crack climbing techniques, advanced anchor building, considerations when leading a trad route and more. And, because this trip operates on a 3 to 1 guide ratio, the lessons will be taught in a very personalized manner.

Participants on this trip should have prior rock climbing experience. You should also be in good physical condition.
