Join one of the IFMGA-certified guides in the Peakshunter team on this 3-day Advance Trad Climbing course in Ossola Valley and take your climbing level to the next step.
This 3-day Advance Trad Climbing course in Ossola Valley will immerse you in the world of joints and quick protection, so you can improve your climbing skills radically!
This advance course is aimed for those of you with a good experience in crag climbing, who want to master advance trad techniques and learn how to tackle the great classics.
So I chose the Ossola Valley, and the close by Orco Valley, for this program because they have smooth walls and incredible vertical lines and cracks like the Ceresole Reale, the Cadarese and the Esigo crags that are perfect for this kind of training.
I’ll help you improve your technique on a multi-pitch route while you place your own protection as you climb. We’ll cover jamming, how to make a tape glow, use of traditional protection -nuts, tricams and friends- and how to take rest steps. And of course issues related to your own safety and protection.
So don’t hesitate about it, if you have a good idea of trad climbing and you want to continue getting better send me a request for this 3-day Advance Trad Climbing course in Ossola Valley.
And if you want to try an advanced course on Sport Climbing, you can also check my 3-day advance sport climbing course in Aosta Valley.

The guided tour (fitness level and experience) does not fit the description on explore-share.com. The guide was very in hurry for both ascent and descent and he was on phone call most of the time.

Wasn\'t able to go to Matterhorn due to the weather but able to reschedule it to next year. Otherwise the trip would have been perfect. But Claudio the guide was really good and nice and offered a lot of advice and help for climbing Mont Blanc. Thanks a lot for everything!

The whole package was extremely well put together, and Silvia and Gio were good hosts. I would have liked there to be more learning opportunities during the trip - climbing and trekking techniques, orienteering, technical movements etc. Whilst we achieved the objective of going up and down, I didnt feel like there was much else added around this. A programme of additional skills would be nice, Other than that, would highly recommend!

How was my trip? AWESOME. The service at Explore-Share is superb. And the guide I had, Elis, was just great. Every moment on my climb I felt super safe with him. Had so much fun climbing the Matterhorn. Thank you!

We just remember now the breathing, the view and the joy we had in Gran Paradiso accompanied by our guides Silvia and Elis. This kind of memory makes us smile and look for the next adventure. Silvia and Elis were attentive, kind and professionally fully prepared to help us reach a great experience of discovery and safety. For sure the moment would not be the same without our guides. We feel grateful and lucky to have their support and company. Elis, Silvia, thanks for taking us beyond.

I have had many varied events with Elis (from ski mountaineering , climbing and hiking, from 2017 to present)and each one was challenging, enjoyable, informative and above all safe. Always a new experience with Elis and always a view to making the trip memorable.

Alberto is the best guide I ever had (and I did mountaineering with quite a few, to say the least). With him, I feel confident to go to the best place I can reach, do more than I thought I would be able to do, always with security.

Fantastic people and very good guides. I did with them Dufourspitze Cresta Rey, Piramide Vincent and Punta Giordani Soldier\'s Ridge and Lyskamm Sella Ridge. They do what they promise and get you to the summit.

I want to post my review on Peaks Hunter Mountain Guides ( see below).I climbed Mont Blanc in September 2019 with Peak Hunter Mountain Guides. The service I received was excellent. They provided me with all the information I requested and more. Scheduling was clear and everything went as it was planned. My guide, Luigi Gagliardi, is a highly skilled professional. He did a great job taking me to the summit, providing me with all instructions and taking a great care of me. I learnt a lot from him. He is also a great person.

We were guided by PeaksHunter in a Gran Paradiso ascent, and it was memorable! We just would like to thank Silvia and Elis for the wonderful trip we\'ve experienced with their guidance. The communication and organization before and during the trip was clear and detailed. We felt completely supported and safe accompanied by Silvia and Elis. Thanks for clarify all our questions and help us very kindly mainly considering our lack of experience in trips like that. At supermarket, the ride to the park, the lunch before we start, during the trail, at meals in the mountain, at all these moments we had great company and support. This was our first ascent in this altitude and Silvia and Elis demonstrated be professionals very experienced and high skilled. We appreciate the way they enjoy the nature in a respectful and safe manner. They were attentive to the minor details regarding our security and also our experience. We are lucky to have had you as our guides. The best photo we took it is not enough to express how good is the feeling to be at this point in the mountains and appreciate pure nature. We saw landscapes completely new for our eyes in a memorable experience. Silvia and Elis, thank you very much. We really appreciate our time in Gran Paradiso and we feel lucky to be guided by you. Absolute most professional and at the same time “fun” and lighthearted guide I have ever come across. The food the whole time on the mountain was amazing too - I could not speak any higher of Elis and Peakshunter Mountain Guides in the Italian Alps 🇮🇹

It started good, everything felt great all the way to Tete Rousse Hut were we did sleep. We was not tired after the walk. When we arrived I did pay again for as stayng there even though I did know that I already done it. That whas both me and the guide fault. Because he did tell me to pay and some part of me then though that; if they dont think I have paid, maby I haven\'t. Insted of showing them the mail I got. Did not get a recipt either so thats 200€ I will never see again I know. At 2 in the night at breakfast I was very exited about moving on. But at the table over guide teld us that it not was a good idea for as to try to take the top. I was very surprised about this. Because everyting felt so good the first day. He told us just because we did not have a reservation at Gouter hut he did not want as to walk down the 80m wall the same day. But way we did not get the chance to show what we can do I wonder? I guess he thought that we had to little experience and he did not want to take the risk. Still I did enjoy the ~24 hours up there and I did learn how to climb mont blanc. We want to try it again but next time we are quite sure we will hike it in 3 days and no guide so we can try it on over ones.
