Description

This 3-day Trad Climbing course for beginners in Ossola Valley will take those of you with a basic experience in rock climbing to a higher level in the spectacular world of trad!

The Ossola Valley is an area located in the Italian northern province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, in the border with Switzerland. This main valley is surrounded by seven side valleys, creating a paradise for rock climbing.

So this 3-day course will take place in an amazing scenery with smooth walls and great routes to start improving your level and try harder lines. I’ll show you how to climb walls with few or no protections at all. We’ll also try to improve your techniques on cracks, overhangs and slabs.

And, of course, safety issues will be a priority. You’ll practice how to properly use friends, tricams and nuts and learn the main jamming techniques. Finally you’ll practice all of this with a few single-pitch climbs in one of the many beautiful crags in the area.

So send me a request for this 3-day Trad Climbing course and get ready to improve your climbing skills in the beautiful Ossola Valley.

And if you think you might not be up to this level yet don’t worry, you can try an easier course with my 1-day introductory course to rock climbing in Aosta Valley.
