Let us take you out on an adventure you won’t easily forget with this 6-day ski group touring program in Eyjafjörður, Iceland!

We’ve designed an alpine ski touring program to go from hut to hut in the incredible mountain massif that connects the Skjálfandaflói bay with the Eyjafjörður fjord, which is the greatest area for alpine ski touring in Iceland.

During the trip we’ll spend every day skiing around 5 to 8 hours which will take us to go 63 kilometers in 6 days. And even though the maximum height we’ll go through is 1100 m, the north position of Iceland makes the snow t5o be almost perfect every day.

Eyjafjörður is the longest fjord in Iceland and it’s located in the center of the island. We’ll go through a massif that has three mountains ridges. This will allow us to ski the perfect length every day, giving us very nice runs to end up in each hut every afternoon.

We’ll do the tour from the east part of the massif to the west. And we’ll be spending the nights in small, rustic but very cozy mountain huts. And at night there’s always the possibility of spotting the amazing Northern Lights.

So send us a request to book this amazing 6-day group ski touring program in Eyjafjörður and let’s start planning your next adventure in Iceland.

Mountain huts and hostel.

*Please note that the itineraries described can change. Final decision on which routes will be skied each day is in the hands of the guide, and is based on snow conditions, avalanche danger etc. There are abundant possibilities for skiing in the area.
