Description

Have you ever wanted to ascend the Alpamayo? This 8-day program is the perfect opportunity to do it!

This astonishing mountain is part of the Cordillera Blanca, a mountain range in Perú that belongs to the Andes. It has an altitude of 5,947 meters and is located inside the Huascarán National Park. Its summit is a very popular destination for mountaineers from all over the world.

The starting point of this trip will be the city of Huaraz, located in the Ancash region. During this week, we will progressively ascend from one camp to another, until we reach the summit of the mountain. If you want more details of the program, please take a look at the itinerary below.

Take into account that this is a very popular ascent, so the time that we’ll spend going up will vary according to the route’s traffic. Also consider that this is a challenging ascent. It is very important to have mountaineering experience as well as a very good physical condition. We’ll face a steep climb before reaching the top. Then we must rappel the route to descend to base camp.

Are you ready for this fantastic adventure? Send your request and book this program now! It will be a pleasure to safely guide you to the Alpamayo’s summit.
