Description

Experience the thrill of summiting Mount Fuji (3776m), Japan's highest and most iconic mountain with a local, certified guide! Join me for a 1-day climbing trip in the on-season, from July to October before the snow season.

Join my private tour to discover the magic of this incomparable peak during the summer season! Summer offers comfortable temperatures and generally clear skies, maximizing your summit chances and providing truly incredible views.

We will start at 6:00AM from Kawaguchiko station at 6:00 AM, beginning at an altitude of 2,350 meters. It will take us about 5 hours to reach the summit of Mount Fuji, arriving around noon. This will be a challenging day, but climbing the mythical and beautiful Mount Fuji will bring a rewarding sense of achievement. Please note that for your safety, if the ascent takes you 6 hours, you should start your descent at that point. Ensure you maintain your fitness and health.

The same route will take us back, enjoying breathtaking views along the descent. About 3 or 4 in the afternoon we will be back in the car park and drive back to our accommodation.

What people are saying about this trip

Dev

Masa was a great guide. She shared the history of Fuji and the surrounding area as well as guiding us on our climb. She was very patient and accomodating. She provided helpful tips the day prior to our climb which was very helpful. would recommend her to anyone thinking of climbing fuji in 1 day.

Osamu

Climbed Mt. Fuji for the first time with my son who came all the way from Boston! We were blown away by the sea of clouds and the endless blue sky — absolutely breathtaking. But what made the experience truly amazing was our guide. From helping us pace ourselves and stay hydrated, to checking our condition at every stage, they were incredibly professional and reassuring. Plus, we learned so many fun facts about Japanese mountains and place names along the way. Safe, fun, unforgettable — huge thanks to Mt. Fuji and our amazing guide!

Mimi

Our guide, Masa, was very kind and reliable. She was always concerned about falling rocks above us and made us feel safe and secure on the summit.

Susan

Fuji was very hard, but thanks to our guide Masa, who encouraged us all the way and set a good pace, we were able to reach the summit. It will be an unforgettable memory for a long time
