Climbing in the Tre Cime di Lavaredo Mountains, the emblem of the Dolomites, is a must for every climbing enthusiastic. In this trip you will climb Cima Piccola, one of its imposing peaks, with an expert guide.
The Tre Cime di Lavaredo (“three peaks of Lavaredo” in italian) are three distinctive massive rocky prominences part of the Sexten Dolomites, the most north-eastern of the Dolomite Mountains. Located at northeastern Italy, this battlement-like peaks are one of the most popular peaks in Europe.
Cima Piccola (italian for “little peak”, 2,857 m.) is one of the rocky mounts of Lavaredo. In this outing we will reach its top in a fabulous 300 m. climb, surrounded by a wonderful alpine landscape. It would take us from 3 to 4 hours.
The other peaks of Lavaredo are Cima Grande (“big peak”, 2,999 m.) and Cima Ovest (“western peak”, 2,973 m.). They also offer several climbing routes, both easy and challenging, all with with excellent panoramic views.

I was born on 01/26/1991 in Clusone, at the foot of the Presolana mountain, in the province of Bergamo. I grew up in a small town in Valcamonica (Bs), a glacial valley that runs from the Adamello down to Lake Iseo.
I graduated in Law at the University of Padua, but my passion for mountain adventures led me -a month after graduation- to the examinations to access the course of aspirant mountain guide, sure that that was my path. I obtained my license to practice as an Aspirant Mountain Guide in October 2022.
Going to the mountains, climbing, skiing, exploring trails, eating and sleeping under the stars... they all were ways to look for a simple way of life, the one that I felt was getting harder and harder to find in the path of a lawyer.
I decided to change my life to lead my guests on adventures and rediscover the sense of simplicity and authenticity that a day in the mountains can bring.
Moving to Sudtirol-in Appiano sulla strada del vino (Bz)- was a logical and natural choice for my life.
I started guiding in Nov 2023, offering climbing days at Arco, skitouring/ice climbing days in the Dolomites and a lot of avalanche trainings!
During a day in the mountains with someone, I love the authenticity of the relationship that is created between people, who show themselves for who they are, take off their masks… the social and cultural barriers fade and special connections grow.
In the mountains you are led to open up and share the physical effort, the mental effort, the wonder for the beauty of the lights and colors of the mountains, the emotions and satisfaction for sharing a climb, or those for giving up.
What I enjoy most is climbing the rock routes that represent mountaineering history.
Of the Dolomites I love the colors of the rock, from yellow, to gray, to pink and red at sunset...sometimes it feels like you can walk on the moon! They are unique mountains, an area to visit and experience at least once in a lifetime, maybe with skis on your feet or hands on the rock!!!
Outside the Dolomites I love my home mountains of the Adamello group, still very wild and rough, with sharp granite spires! ...where you still meet more ibex than people!!!
Then I have in my heart the granite slabs of Val di Mello, where I have had some very strong experiences together with friends climbing the classic routes opened by Sassisti in the years of the claim of climbing for climbing's sake, without reaching peaks, without north walls and with no other purpose than rock and adventure, even on climbing routes of only a few pitches .
I´m crazy about peanut butter, which I often prepare at home! I love some local delights like apple Strudel and Kaiserschmarren!
When I am not climbing I like to play guitar or piano, read books or have a beer at the lake with friends!
My motto? Live simply!
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
