Follow me for an incredible mountaineering day in the amazing Italian Dolomites. On this exciting adventure, we’ll climb to the top of the majestic Cima Grande in Tre Cime di Lavaredo. This is a day you’ll never forget.

The Dolomites are stunning whichever way you look at them. And Tre Cime di Lavaredo is definitely the most iconic spot in the whole mountain range. This has made Cima Grande the most sought out peak in the area. On this trip, you can become one of the adventurous and brave climbers to reach this outstanding summit.

The itinerary may change depending on participants’ skills and weather conditions. My intention is to provide you with the best experience taking into consideration your existing skills and goals. Whichever route we end up taking for the ascent, it should take us around 3 hours each way.

This trip is recommended for physically fit and healthy participants. If you have any type of physical condition, please let me know before the trip. The climb is quite long and challenging, ideal for people with mountaineering experience.

Mountain Guide

An IFMGA certified mountain guide (among other things), I grew up in Mestre (Venezia), while climbing historic Venetian towers and walls during the 1980s.

I've always used climbing and skiing as an excuse to travel and have been lucky enough to visit Norway, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Morocco, Greece, Nepal, India, Kenya, Turkey and many other wonderful spots.

Married to Elena and father to Filippo, Nicolo and Mattia, I'm forever faithful to...my van, with which I share a large part of my life!
