Climbing Vyzoka Peak in the Slovakian Tatras

The Vyzoka summit offers different climbing routes. The most usual one, and the one we’ll follow, starts at Popradske Lake and takes us through the Vaha Pass. Once at the summit, we’ll get to enjoy stunning views of the Gerlachovsky Peak, Satan Peak, Rysy Peak, and many others. This is why Vyzoka is the most photographed peak in the High Tatras.

This trip is recommended for people is good physical condition and with mountaineering experience. There’s some technically challenging terrain which would limit the possibilities for beginner climbers. The trip last about 7-8 hours and we will gain an elevation of 1,100 meters.
