Are you ready to stand at the top of the world’s highest mountain? I invite you to experience one of the most extreme challenges for climbers around the world on this 58-day Mount Everest expedition!
Also known as Chomolangma in Tibetan and Sagarmatha in Nepali, Mt Everest (8,848 metres /29,029 ft) is the highest summit in the world. Suitable only for highly experienced mountaineers, this iconic summit presents the ultimate destination for thrill-seekers and adventure lovers.
My proposal is to approach Mt Everest from the southeast route in Nepal which is known as the “standard route”. Our adventure will start in Kathmandu and from there, we’ll take a short flight to Lukla. In both cities, we’ll have the chance to learn about the history and exotic culture of these beautiful places. The first 10 days of our trip will be great for traveling and most importantly, for acclimatizing.
From Lukla, we’ll travel from village to village until we reach the Everest Base Camp. On the 11th day of our expedition, the real adventure will begin and we’ll ascend to Camp 1. In total, we’ll set 4 camps until we reach the top of this majestic mountain. For a more detailed description of the trip, take a look at the itinerary below!
Please keep in mind that climbing Mount Everest is heavily dependent on weather conditions. Due to the high elevations, it will be difficult to predict the mountain weather and consequently, we’ll have to be ready for different climatic conditions.
So, are you ready to join me on this 58-day Mount Everest expedition? Then send a request to book this trip and let’s go for it. I guarantee this will be one of life’s most rewarding experiences.
If you are looking for a different mountaineering expedition in Nepal, then you may also join me on this 35-day expedition on Mt. Ama Dablam, Nepal.
