If you enjoy hiking and discovering new environments, Slovakia must be on your list! Join me for one or more trekking days to explore Slovakia’s nature. We will go to the High Tatras and Fatras.

This is a privately guided tour that can last one or more days. Taking into account your preferences, the weather conditions and the time you have available, we will design the perfect itinerary.

Being from Slovakia, I know the land very well. Therefore, I can take you to the best spots for you to experience what you are looking for. We will get to see beautiful animals in their native environment. There are many options, including trekking to lakes, exploring snowy mountains, reaching beautiful waterfalls… Really, the options are endless.

I particularly like guiding my friends and clients in this trip because:

Mountain Leader

I'm a UIMLA-certified mountain leader, based in Donly Smokovec in Slovakia. I'll take you to explore the High Tatras and other mountain ranges in Europe.

Apart from guiding, I work in the local mountain rescue service and I've participated in the most important ski mountaineering races around the world. I've won bronze medals from the World and European Championships, 3rd place at the Pierra Menta race (the biggest skimo racing competition in the world), and 1st place in Whistler's High Range classic.

Peter was very professional, helpful and friendly from the beginning. As my intention was to Winter Hike, Peter came prepared with all the right equipment for me. The Hike was challenging as I had 10kg bag to carry with plenty of steep hikes, I found Peter very patient and helpful. This was one of the greatest experience I have ever had and this was down to the fact Peter made sure I enjoyed my day thoroughly as a Solo Traveller!
