Description
Join me in beautiful Goyet to enjoy a fun day rock climbing in the area. This location, near Namur, in Wallonia (Belgium) is ideal if you are looking for a trip to enjoy with friends or your family.
The rocks of Goyet dominate the magnificent Samson valley, near Namur. There are varied options in a beautiful environment. It is a small massif, indeed ideal for an initiation climb with friends and family. The routes here are single-pitch, and I can adjust the difficulty from easy to sustained depending on the group's level.
I really like guiding my friends and clients rock climbing in Goyet because:
– The views over the forests and fields of the Samson valley are beautiful
– It is ideal for an initiation with friends and family
– Access is easy, as well as parking in the area.
I can take up to 6 people with me, so it's perfect for a group of friends or a family! And if you are a larger group, I can arrange for a friend instructor to join us.

Price details
- The price indicated is for a day trip. If you want to leave for 1/2 day (only possible on weekdays), the price is 242€, to be divided by the number of participants.
- If you are not a member of an alpine club, you will have to pay the access to the rock (12€ for adults, 6€ under 18 years old).
- Equipment rental is 5€ per person (harness, helmet, belaying device, life line, quickdraws, rope).

- If conditions are favorable, we can also practice rock climbing during the rest of the year.
- Try to book at least 5 days before climbing days.
- I'll take maximum 6 climbers with me (depending on the program). If you come with a larger group, I'll be coming with another rock climbing instructor.

Willy was a brilliant instructor and guide. He took us on the Pont a Lesse beginners via ferrata, then onto a slightly harder section, and finally a short top-roped climb. We climbed with our 10 and 12 year olds and he was brilliant and making sure they followed all the safety rules, gave them good advice and on a particularly tricky vertical section, used a top rope for extra security. He was really encouraging and great company. He communicated well beforehand and his English was excellent. He also used to be a photographer before he became a climbing instructor, and he took some fabulous photos which he shared with us afterwards. We had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend going on a trip with him.

Willy est un très bon guide. Il nous a conseillé une via ferrata plus compliquée et mieux adaptée à notre niveau avant le départ, ce qui était bien vu de sa part. Il nous a guidé sans nous tenir par la main afin de nous laisser notre autonomie et a prit plein de photos de notre ascension.
