Description

Get to the top of the amazing Gran Paradiso on a 1-day ascent! Follow me on this program for experienced climbers in the Graian Alps.

Situated between the Aosta Valley and Piemonte, in northern Italy, Gran Paradiso is a mountain massif in the Graian Alps. Its summit, at 4,061 meters of altitude, is one of the tallest in the range and the only peak above 4,000 meters located entirely in Italy.

Showing an impressive and powerful face, Gran Paradiso is one of the most popular destinations for mountaineers from all over the world. With light equipment on our backs, on this 1-day ascent, we’ll reach the top of this incredible mountain in one single push. Then, from the summit, we’ll catch breathtaking views of France and the Mont Blanc Massif.

Although the climb is not technically difficult, keep in mind that it’s for experienced mountaineers with a good level of fitness. Of course, you can count on me to guide you and help you all along the way.

So, would you like to take part in this fast ascent to the Gran Paradiso? Then all you have to do is send the request and book your place. I’ll be glad to lead you to the top of this fantastic peak in Italy.

Mountain Guide

I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of climbing and the freedom of the outdoors. My journey began on a bike, exploring remote corners of the world, and evolved into a passion for endurance sports like triathlons and ultra-distance mountain running.

With a Master’s degree in Forestry Science and professional experience as a Lab Manager across Europe, I eventually decided to turn my lifelong passion into a career. Becoming a Mountain Guide was the answer and allowed me to live by the rhythm of the mountains and share my love for adventure with others.

I now guide year round — ski touring, freeride, and ice climbing in winter; mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, and trail running through the warmer months.

Each person’s ambitions are unique, and I design custom programs to match every client’s goals, experience, and dreams.

Whether it’s a one-day climb, a technical face, or a multi-day expedition, I’m here to help you reach it — Let’s go find your next adventure!

What people are saying about this trip

Bryan

Fantastic trip, Fede is an exceptional guide who I hope to do more adventures with, friendly, inspiring and supportive (he helped me with some travel advice as Mont Blanc tunnel closure nearly cost me the trip). I would thoroughly recommend this trip for anyone who enjoys tough and immensely rewarding challenges in the Mountains. You definitely need a high level of mountain fitness. Mountain running experience will certainly help and an enjoyment in up and down summit pursuits compared to multi day ascents.

Federico is a nice, professional person from the first second on. During our planning phase he made valuable suggestions based on weather conditions, personal skills & experience to adapt the programm. In this point he is very flexible. During the trip he is focussed to have fine & secure day(s) with his customer(s). His mountaineering skills are beyond any doubt. If you want professionality, friendliness and a good secure feeling he is the right one.
