Come with me on this one-day guided Tomaselli via ferrata (2980 meters) in Passo Falzarego!
Our adventure will start in Passo Falzarego and from there we will catch the gondola to the Lagazuoi hut, towards the Fanis Group. At the beginning of the Tomaselli via ferrata, climbers will encounter old trails and trenches from the First World War. After going through this historical spot, the difficult part starts and participants will need to be extra careful while climbing the west face of this summit.
At 2980 meters, climbers will be able to appreciate the breathtaking scenery of this Italian paradise. What’s great about this via ferrata is the spectacular views that can be seen while ascending as well as descending.
At the beginning, participants will appreciate the amazing views on the west side, including Piz Boè (3.152 mt), Sassongher(2.665 mt) and Passo Gardena(2.136 mt). And during our descent, on the east side, the Travenenzes Valley and Fanis group.
Regarding our meeting point, participants will be able to choose which location suits them better: Passo Falzarego, Caprile or Alleghe. It’ll be your choice!
This one-day adventure is suitable for advanced climbers who are ready for a new challenge. So request to book this trip if you want to live a great adventure in the Dolomites!

I started my career as an aerospace engineer, my first passion and then became a full-time IFMGA mountain guide, my second passion, since 2013. Working as a mountain guide gratifies me a lot. I enjoy very much transmitting my knowledge about the mountains and its activities to my friends and clients. I’m based in the Dolomites where I have climbed most of the mountain surroundings us here, including “Via attraverso il Pesce” in Marmolada and “Captain sky-hook” in Civetta. I also enjoy a lot guiding in the rest of the Alps, ice climbing, ski touring, freeride skiing, rock climbing and mountaineering. Feel free to contact me if you want to live a great adventure in the Dolomites or anywhere else in the Alps, during the winter or the summer. It will be a great pleasure for me to guide you and allow you to reach your goal.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
