I would like to invite you to this 4-day outdoor rock climbing course in Cojitambo, Ecuador. It is a village and an archaeological site in the Canar province. I think it's a great place for the practice of such an exciting activity!
During these 4 days I will teach you several outdoor rock climbing maneuvers and techniques. That way you'll be able to develop well on the walls, confident and self-sufficient.
Once this course ends you will be ready to rappel, belay and set up your own single-pitch top-rope systems.
This course is ideal for people who already have some experience in climbing rock walls. The aim of this learning trip is that you can improve your current skills to embark on future bigger challenges.
However, if you're a beginner who want to learn the basis of this activity I recommend that you first take this introductory rock climbing course.
During this 4-day course in Cojitambo you will learn:
How to select the proper anchors;
Belay techniques and construction;
Rope handling;
Abseiling techniques.
In addition, you'll be able to experience by your own the excitement of vertical rock climbing. As your instructor, I will give you the maximum amount of climbing activities so you can practice in a real environment. We'll start with easy itineraries and, as you gain confidence, we will increase the difficulty.
So, it's time to improve and refresh your techniques and this outdoor rock climbing course is the perfect opportunity. Please contact me so we can plan and organize your next learning trip in Cojitambo!
