Description

Peru is one of the best places to practice mountaineering, especially the Cordillera Blanca. We would like to invite you to participate in a challenging and rewarding program to the impressive summit of Ranrapalca (6,162m) on an expedition that will take us 5 days to complete. Join me!

Our journey to the summit of Ranrapalca will begin in Huaraz, where we’ll have an acclimatization day. Then, we’ll enter the Huascarán National Park and follow the path to the top of this incredible mountain. Finally, we’ll reach the summit and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views it offers.

The path we’ll follow features both easy and difficult stretches. Therefore, although you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy each area, it is of vital importance that you’ve trained for this and that you’ve completed the necessary acclimatization.

If you would like more information on what we’ll be doing each day, make sure to read the detailed itinerary below. This itinerary may change due to weather conditions or any other circumstance that may put the group at risk.

So, are you ready to spend some incredible days in the stunning Cordillera Blanca? Then send your request and let’s tackle the impressive Ranrapalca summit. You’ll love the views from the top!

Another option in the country could be this ascent to Alpamayo. Check it out!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
