Want to learn how to rock climb? The the most exciting way to become proficient in the basics of rock climbing is amid the incredible scenery of Lake Tahoe! Join us on this unforgettable half-day of rock climbing in South Lake Tahoe.

Lake Tahoe has the ideal conditions for rock climbing. We see plenty of granite surfaces and slabs that are appropriate for a wide variety of climbers. No matter your experience level, our guides will find the perfect area to explore. Our guides provide the best instruction in the safest, most exciting environments.

We will learn all the fundamentals in this rock climbing adventure. Our guides will instruct you on proper safety procedures and teach you to become more familiar with all the equipment needed for rock climbing. We will become familiar with the different knots and anchors used in climbing. We will master our climbing techniques, body positioning and rappelling. We will remain in areas with a low angle that are appropriate for beginners.

We will work in pairs while rock climbing. We will need to master our partner communication skills. This is a great team building exercise as each duo will need to establish trust and rely on each other throughout.
