Description

Three fantastic trail running days in Combloux with one of the best trail runners in the world: Sébastien Chaigneau. We will be at the foot of Mont Blanc, between the high mountain and great paths, with spectacular panoramas.

Sébastien Chaigneau is a renown professional athlete of The North Face International team, winner of multiple races. I greatly enjoy having him join me in this program, to make the best of the 3 days together.

During the program we will cover different aspects of the practice to improve your skills, including:
– physical preparation for trail
– nutrition and training
– technical analysis

Besides, you will get the chance to enjoy the spa and swimming pool at the hotel. This will provide an even better recovery each evening, and a relax moment.

The highlights of this program are:
– The company and guidance of Sébastien Chaigneau
– A comfortable and warm accommodation with spa, facing Mont Blanc
– Advice from professionals to improve your skills
– A sports program that includes the beautiful Mont Blanc

In the ‘extra’ section below, you’ll find information about the required trail running level you need to have. You will also see the equipment that you need to bring with you.

During these 3 days we will run on average 20-35km a day and go up from 1000 to 2000 meters. We will mainly be on single tracks and technical trails terrain. We will partially be on aerial paths.

If you want to learn new skills during 3 days in this fantastic environment, enjoying the views of Mont Blanc, send me a request to book this trip! And if you are interested, check out this trail running program specific for women in Combloux.

Great experience, but definitely favored toward elite runners. One of our guides, JC, was amazing. He cared about every runner. The other guide seemed only to care for the elites (and himself). On top of Col des Montets, I asked if we had time to put on warm layers. The guide said "of course," but then quickly proceeded to run off with the entire group while I stood bare and freezing with my gear unpacked. Total lack of consideration for the well-being of his runners. Otherwise a great tour.
