The Vajont Gorge, near Cortina d’Ampezzo, is famous for a tragedy that occurred in 1963 in the Vajont Dam. The via ferrata Della Memoria was intended as a commemorative place due to this event. It’s also a fantastic area to enjoy a unique excursion in the company of an experienced guide. On this half-day program, I invite you to take the exciting via ferrata Della Memoria in the Dolomites.
We’ll start the activity at 9 am and end it at 2 pm. The via ferrata Della Memoria begins across some manmade tunnels. Then, we’ll continue to through the equipped route. With several exciting sections, we’ll face two hours of ascent and some demanding spots. Therefore, participants must be familiar with via ferrata and have an excellent fitness level.
So, would you like to take part in this via ferrata Della Memoria program? Then don’t hesitate to send the request and book your place. I’ll be glad to lead you on this adventure!
You can also take a look at this 2-day program that I lead through the via ferrata degli Alleghesi to the top of Monte Civetta.

I was born in the plain in 1983, but as often happens to those who were born there, I have always loved the mountains. I was three years old when I wore my first skis, not knowing that this would become my strongest passion ... Skiing, walking, climbing: it is since I was a child that I go to the mountains, first with my parents and my grandfather and then with my friends.
The degree in forestry science was only the logical consequence of this passion, as well as the beautiful summers spent managing the refuge Capanna Punta Penia in Marmolada (the highest refuge in the Dolomites, on top of the highest mountain in the Dolomites!), which I call "the bus without wheels" and all over the Dolomites!
The last step (for now...) was to become a Mountain Guide, to let you experience what the mountain transmits to me!
… and to show you the famous " bus without wheels”
