Via ferrata Riera de Salenys in Girona, Spain

In Girona, close to Romanyà de la Selva and in the heart of the Gavarres Mountains, are the beautiful Riera de Salenys gorges, where our activity will take place. Our 1-day via ferrata itinerary will take us through beautiful oak holms and pine forests.

Our adventure starts with a 10-minute hike, during which we will follow the river along wonderful gorges through several Nepalese and Himalayan bridges. Eventually we will arrive at the amazing Salt del Llop leap, which we will abseil down.

This Via Ferrata can take place in the morning or in the afternoon and it’ll last around 3 hours, during which we will be stunned by the beauty of the Riera de Salenys rocks and its surroundings. It will also be a great opportunity to improve your Via Ferrata technique!

This activity is not difficult and you don’t need previous experience. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages. I will guide you every step of the way, and provide the necessary equipment.
