Nature discovery is a fairly ambiguous activity, which can take a plethora of different forms in different places. If you are heading out on a different type of outdoor adventure in any part of the world then adding in a quick nature discovery trip to your itinerary should be no problem at all.
For example, if you are headed to Mount Kilimanjaro for a mountaineering experience then adding on a safari to the front or backend of the trip is a great way to incorporate an additional nature discovery component to your trip. The same is true with snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef after rock climbing in coastal Australia.
Nature discovery trips can also be educational. Whether you are learning outdoor survival skills in a Swiss National Park, overcoming your fear of heights in the mountains or heading for some meditation and syvlotherapy in the woods, nature discovery and learning something new go hand in hand.
