Description
Would you like to spend a lovely day hiking in Tuscany? Join us on this 1-day program around Monte Penna di Sumbra.
Located in Tuscany, in the Apuan Alps Regional Park, Monte Penna di Sumbra is a mountain with an altitude of 1,765 meters in Italy. In this area, we can enjoy a spectacular outing in an amazing natural environment.
Our program will begin at 10 am in Vianova, a village in the province of Lucca. During this hiking day, we’ll enjoy walking through beautiful meadows and rocky walls. Meanwhile, we’ll have the pleasure to contemplate the gorgeous landscapes the Apuan Alps have to offer.
Please, keep in mind that the program has a medium level of difficulty, so it is important to have a very good level of fitness as well as some prior hiking experience. Consider that we’ll spend 5 hours walking and face an elevation gain of around 750 meters.
