Description
For a full day, one of our experienced guides would like to take you ski touring in the Cascades of Washington. More specifically, we would like to take you ski touring on Stevens Pass, definitely one of the best skiing areas in the famed mountain range.
Stevens Pass is an amazing place for ski touring. It is located less than 2 hour’s drive away from Seattle. The pass is over 4000 feet high. It is also positioned right where the Pacific storms collide with the warm air coming off the Rockies. As a result, it receives a great deal of snow. Thus making it the perfect place for ski touring. The pass is also home to vast amounts of trees, which only adds to its impressive beauty.
Throughout the day, you will get to choose from a number of different, and amazing, descents. Each one will leave you breathless. We will also take time to offer you tips and advice as a means to help you improve your ski touring abilities.
In order to participate on this trip, it is important that you are in good physical condition.
