Description
Broken Top Peak is one of the lesser known volcanoes in the stunning Cascades. Close to the Three Sisters and surrounded by other beautiful peaks it is an ideal location for skiing! On this 1-day backcountry skiing excursion in Broken Top Peak we will show you some of its best snow spots.
Broken Top has two glaciers, the Bend to the north and the Crook in its crater. It has a very interesting terrain and landscape because of its eroded cone due to glaciation. Hence its name. For our tour, this means that we will have a variety of ski routes both inside and outside the Broken Top crater to explore!
In order to join this excursion it is best if you have skiing experience and a good fitness level. Although we can adapt the routes we take depending on your preference, at least some skiing experience is necessary. Of course, we will be there every step of the way to help and guide you. Furthermore, we will be happy to share our tips and tricks for you to improve your ski skills as well!
