The Tahoe region is a great place for backcountry skiing as it offers a long snow season. Sometimes, it can even run up into the Summer. With each season however, the conditions will vary. On our custom Tahoe backcountry ski day excursion we strive to tailor the experience for you with this in mind. We take into consideration the seasons, also the terrain, climate conditions and of course, your preferences.
This means that we don’t require a set fitness level to try this amazing excursion into the Tahoe wilderness. It doesn’t have to be a difficult excursion. But of course, it can be if you prefer a challenge. And regardless of your level, you will get the chance to learn more about this breathtaking spot and to improve your skiing skills under the guidance of a learned and passionate professional.
Additionally, I will be more than happy to show you some of my own favourite places in Tahoe. Spots that I consider favourites for their skiing potential as well as for their beauty. Plus, because you get a full day of backcountry skiing, or more if you wish, you get a chance to really get a feel of the place and to enjoy the mountain fun!
